Your station rental includes access to our premium Carnival Beauty Lounge and exclusive amenities designed to create a seamless experience for both you and your clients.
Premium Beauty Lounge
Work inside a fully air-conditioned hotel conference room with music and an exciting Carnival atmosphere.
Reception Services
Our receptionist will assist with client check-ins and appointment coordination throughout the event.

Wing Check Service
A secure area where clients can safely store their Carnival wings and oversized costume pieces during their appointments.

Client Waiting Lounge
A comfortable waiting area for up to two clients per hour.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Transporting clients to the nearest Carnival drop-off location. Start time for shuttle service varies.
On-Site Parking
Convenient parking for beauty professionals and clients.

Bag Bay Storage
Secure overnight storage for client bags.
$30 USD per bag
Collection by 10:00 AM the following day.

Payment Options
Pay in Full
Reserve your station immediately with one payment.
50% Deposit
Secure your station with a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due one month before your event date.
Station Rental Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your station.
Outstanding balances must be paid one month prior to the event to avoid cancellation.
Operating Hours
Stations are available only during the published operating hours.
Station Setup
Access to the venue begins two hours before opening for setup.
Professional Equipment
Beauty professionals are responsible for bringing:
Makeup and beauty products
Ring lights or lighting equipment
Hand mirrors
Extension cords
Professional all-black attire is required.
Professional Conduct
To maintain a luxury environment, the following are strictly prohibited:
Profanity
Violence
Excessive noise
Unprofessional behavior
Client Responsibility
Beauty professionals are solely responsible for the quality of services provided and client satisfaction.
Appointment Schedule
A completed appointment sheet including client names and appointment times must be submitted 48 hours before the event.
Client Capacity
Each chair accommodates up to 15 booked clients.
Additional clients will incur a fee of $30 USD per client.
Waiting Area
A maximum of two waiting clients per hour is permitted.
Punctuality
Professionalism and punctuality are expected at all times.
Additional Guests
Clients may not bring extra guests unless they purchase a Bring a Friend Pass.
Liability
Carnival Glam World Tour is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from services provided by station renters. Each beauty professional assumes full responsibility for their clients and their work.
Walk-In Clients
Walk-in appointments are welcomed.
Payments for walk-in clients must be settled within 7 days after the event.
Walk-in service rates:
Makeup – $100 USD
Airbrush Body Bronzing – $40 USD
Braided Ponytail – $40 USD
Brand Approval
Carnival Glam World Tour reserves the right to refuse or terminate any station rental application if a vendor's brand, services, conduct, or messaging does not align with our company standards, values, or event experience. All decisions are final.
Branding
All signage, banners, promotional materials, and displays must remain within your assigned rental space.
Vendor Responsibility
Carnival Glam World Tour provides the venue, amenities, and premium beauty lounge experience. Station renters are responsible for marketing their own services, securing bookings, and managing their client relationships.
