2. What if I have oily skin?

No problem! We use specialized oil-control techniques and products designed to keep shine at bay throughout the day. Plus, every makeup client receives a touch-up bag to keep their glam looking fresh from start to finish.

3. Can I trust my makeup to stay flawless for more than 12–24 hours?

Yes! With over 10 years of experience, we've perfected our Carnival Glam techniques using trusted, tested, and high-performance products to ensure your makeup lasts all day and night.

4. What if I cry, sweat, or get wet during the event?

Don't worry we use waterproof products specifically selected for Carnival conditions. Tears, sweat, and light exposure to water won't ruin your glam.

5. Will my lashes stay on all day and night?

Absolutely! Our lash application techniques are designed for maximum wear so you can enjoy your Carnival experience worry-free.

6. What if I have sensitive or reactive skin?

Before your appointment, you'll complete a Client Profile Form where you can list any allergies or sensitivities. This allows our team to prepare suitable alternatives and ensure a comfortable experience.

7. Can I still get a flawless finish if I have texture, acne, or scars?

Of course! Our experienced makeup artists are highly skilled in working with textured skin, acne, scars, and other skin concerns. Our goal is to enhance your natural beauty and create a camera-ready finish.

8. What if I'm unsure about the glam look I want for Carnival?

We've got you covered! Our artists are incredibly creative and will help design a look that complements your features, costume, and personal style. Feel free to browse our social media pages for inspiration.

9. What if I wear glasses or contact lenses?

Contact lenses are absolutely fine. If you wear glasses, please note that the frames may create slight friction on the makeup where they rest on your face throughout the day.

10. Can I eat, drink, and party without ruining my lipstick?

Yes! We use long-wearing lip products designed to withstand eating, drinking, and partying. Your touch-up bag will also include your lip color for quick and easy refreshes if needed.

11. What if I fall asleep in my makeup after a long day?

We recommend sleeping on your back if possible. While our makeup is designed for longevity, excessive rubbing against your pillow may cause some transfer.

12. How early should I book to secure my preferred appointment time?

The earlier, the better! Prime appointment slots sell out quickly during Carnival season, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

13. What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their scheduled appointment time and will be placed on our walk-in list, subject to availability. A $50 USD late fee will apply.

14. Can I bring my own makeup products if I have allergies or preferences?

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring any products you prefer us to use during your appointment.

15. How should I prepare my skin before my makeup appointment?

Please arrive with a clean face and no skincare or makeup products applied. Our team will professionally prep and prime your skin to maximize makeup longevity.

16. I've never had professional makeup before. What should I expect?

Expect a luxury beauty experience! Our talented artists will pamper you while creating a flawless, customized look that leaves you feeling confident, beautiful, and Carnival-ready.

17. How do I safely remove my long-wear Carnival makeup?

We recommend using an oil-based makeup remover followed by your regular facial cleanser to thoroughly cleanse your skin after the event.

18. Can I book only an eyeshadow application?

Yes, you can. However, pricing remains the same regardless of the service area requested.

19. I don't have PayPal. What other payment methods are available?

20. Do I need to bring braiding hair for my ponytail service?

No. Braiding hair is included with your service, along with select hair accessories to complete your Carnival look.

21. How should I prepare for my ponytail appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry, fully detangled hair and no products applied.

22. I don't want a braided ponytail. Can I choose a different ponytail style?

Yes! We offer Human Hair Ponytail Installations for an additional fee of $25 USD. This option provides a softer, more natural-textured finish.

23. What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

24. Will my makeup photograph well in daylight and professional photos?

Absolutely! Our Carnival Glam applications are designed to look stunning both in person and on camera, ensuring you look flawless in every photo and video.

25. What's included in my touch-up bag?

That's one of our best-kept secrets! Just know it's packed with essentials to help you refresh your glam in under two minutes and stay Carnival-ready all day.

26. Can the shuttle take me back to my hotel or Airbnb?

Unfortunately, no. Our shuttle service is designed exclusively to transport clients from our Beauty Lounge to the nearest Carnival meeting or starting point. Return transportation is not included.

27. What time does the shuttle service begin?

Shuttle departure times vary by destination:

  • Trinidad: 6:00 AM

  • Guyana: 9:00 AM

  • St. Vincent: 8:00 AM

  • St. Lucia: 7:00 AM

  • Barbados: 6:00 AM

  • Grenada: 11:00 AM

Please note that departure times are subject to change based on event logistics and Carnival schedules.

28. Can I bring a friend with me?

Yes! Non-clients are welcome to accompany you with the purchase of a $40 USD Access Pass.

The Access Pass includes:

  • Access to our Dressing Room

  • Assistance from our team

  • Overnight Bag Storage

29. Can I bring my large Carnival costume backpack to get dressed after my glam service?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated Wing Bay Storage Area where you can safely store your Carnival costume backpack while you enjoy your glam experience.

30. Can I leave my Carnival bag at the Beauty Lounge after getting dressed and taking the shuttle?

Yes. Clients may leave their Carnival bags at the Beauty Lounge for safekeeping.

Please note that all bags must be collected by 10:00 AM the following day. Bags not collected within this timeframe may be subject to removal from storage.

31. Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?

Yes, personal photographers and videographers are welcome. However, prior approval is required.

Yes, you're welcome to record your service for personal use and memories.

However, recordings may not be used to promote, advertise, market, or sell any products, services, or businesses without prior written approval from Carnival Glam World Tour.
