Refund & Service Credit Policy
At Carnival Glam World Tour (CGWT), every destination requires advance planning, staffing, travel arrangements. For this reason, all deposits and payments are generally non-refundable. We encourage all clients to carefully review our Booking Policies and Terms & Conditions before securing an appointment.
Refund Policy
Refunds Are Not Available
All registration fees, deposits, installment payments, and final payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Client cancellations
Missed appointments
No-shows
Late arrivals
Flight delays or cancellations
Travel disruptions
Illness or injury
COVID-19 diagnosis
Carnival cancellations or postponements
Weather conditions
Personal emergencies
Changes in travel plans
Force majeure events
In these situations, clients may be eligible for a Service Credit as outlined below.
Refund Exception
The only circumstance in which Carnival Glam World Tour will issue a refund is when CGWT is unable to provide the booked service on the confirmed appointment date and at the selected carnival destination.
Examples may include:
Staff unavailability
Scheduling errors by CGWT
Operational issues preventing service delivery
Equipment or logistical failures on the day of your service.
Other unforeseen circumstances that prevent CGWT from performing the booked service
In such cases, the client may receive:
A full refund of payments made for the affected service; or
A transferable CGWT Service Credit valid for 24 months.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by Carnival Glam World Tour.
Service Credit Eligibility
Although refunds are generally unavailable, clients may qualify for a Service Credit under certain circumstances.
Eligible Circumstances
Appointment Cancellation
The appointment is cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled service date.
A cancellation fee may apply in accordance with our Booking Policies.
Illness or Medical Emergency
The client experiences:
A sudden illness
A medical emergency
A positive COVID-19 test within 10 days of the appointment
Supporting documentation may be required.
Travel Disruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances
Including but not limited to:
Flight cancellations
Significant travel delays
Traffic accidents
Medical emergencies
Government travel restrictions
Mandatory lockdowns
Carnival cancellations
Carnival postponements
Severe weather events
Natural disasters
Other approved force majeure situations
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Service Credit
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact our team and provide:
Full Name
Booking Number
Appointment Date
Carnival Destination
Reason for Request
Step 2: Review Process
Requests are reviewed within approximately 72 business hours.
You will receive written confirmation of the decision by email.
Step 3: Credit Approval
If approved, you will receive a unique Service Credit Code that can be used toward a future booking.
Service Credit Terms
Approved Service Credits:
Are valid for 24 months from the issue date.
May be used at any CGWT destination.
May be transferred to another person.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Have no cash value.
Must be used before the expiration date.
May only be used once unless otherwise stated.
Carnival Glam World Tour is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, or unauthorized use of Service Credit Codes.
Transferring a Service Credit
Service Credits may be transferred to another individual.
To request a transfer, please provide:
Recipient's Full Name
Email Address
Telephone Number
Transfer requests must be approved before the credit can be redeemed.
Force Majeure
Carnival Glam World Tour shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Hurricanes
Flooding
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Civil unrest
Travel bans
Venue closures
Carnival event cancellations
Public safety concerns
In these situations, eligible clients may receive a Service Credit valid for 24 months.
Refunds will not be issued for force majeure events.

By making a booking with Carnival Glam World Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Service Credit Policy, as well as all Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Payment Policies.
