Thank you for choosing Carnival Glam World Tour. Please review our booking policies carefully before securing your appointment. By making a booking and submitting payment, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.
📋 Booking Requirements
To secure and maintain your appointment:
✓ Ensure all booking information is accurate, including your full name, email address, telephone number, carnival destination, selected services, appointment date, and appointment time.
✓ Complete your Client Profile Form within 24 hours of receiving the form link via email.
✓ Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration and preparation.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit Required
After Final Payment Deadline
Full Payment Required at Time of Booking
Payment Terms
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Prices may change based on demand and availability.
Once your booking is confirmed, future price changes will not affect your remaining balance.
Final payments must be made by the applicable payment deadline.
Failure to pay by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
PayPal invoices are sent approximately 2–4 weeks before the final payment deadline.

🔄 Cancellations, Transfers & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
14+ Days Before Appointment
$50 USD cancellation fee applies.
Remaining balance will be issued as a CGWT Service Credit valid for 2 years.
Less Than 14 Days Before Appointment
No refunds or service credits will be issued.
Service Credits
Service credits:
Are valid for 24 months.
Can be used at any CGWT destinations.
May be transferred to another person.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Destination Transfers
Need to attend a different carnival destination?
Transfers are allowed within the same calendar year.
Minimum notice required: 4 weeks.
Requests made with less than 4 weeks' notice incur a $100 USD transfer fee.
Transfer to Another Person
Bookings may be transferred once to another individual if:
Requested at least 14 days before the appointment.
The date, time, destination, and service remain unchanged.
Rescheduling
A $50 USD fee applies to each approved date or time change.
All requests are subject to availability.
⚠️ Late Payments & Reactivation
If your booking is cancelled due to non-payment:
You have 14 days to reactivate your booking.
Original appointment times are not guaranteed.
A new appointment time may be assigned based on availability.
Reactivation Fee: $25 USD
After 14 days, all deposits and payments are forfeited.
👥 Group Bookings
Groups of 5 or more clients booking the same service, destination, and date may qualify for our group discount.
Discount Code: CGWT15%
Group Booking Rules
The group leader is responsible for managing all payments.
All participant names must be submitted before final confirmation.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Discount codes cannot be applied after booking.
Misuse of promotional codes may result in booking cancellation and loss of future booking privileges.
⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows
We operate on a strict schedule to ensure all clients receive the best experience.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may:
Have their appointment cancelled without refund, or
Pay a $50 USD late-arrival fee to join the walk-in waitlist (subject to availability).
Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment after 30 minutes of your schedule time will result in:
Immediate cancellation.
Loss of all payments made.
No refund or service credit.
💄 Service Experience & Liability
Client Approval
Clients must review and approve their completed service before leaving the service area.
Once approved and the client departs, no further adjustments, refunds, credits, or corrections will be provided.
Health & Allergy Disclosure
Clients must disclose:
Allergies
Skin sensitivities
Medical conditions
Previous reactions to beauty products
CGWT is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Hygiene Standards
All tools, equipment, and products are sanitized between clients according to professional beauty industry standards.
🚫 Right to Refuse Service
CGWT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service without refund if a client:
Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Arrives intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Provides false information.
Fails to follow staff instructions.
Creates an unsafe environment for staff or other clients.
📸 Photography, Video & Marketing Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during appointments, events, photoshoots, and video shoots.
By booking with CGWT, you grant permission for your images and videos to be used for:
Social Media
Website Content
Advertising Campaigns
Promotional Materials
Marketing Purposes
📷 Photoshoot Policies
Delivery Schedule
Preview Images
Delivered within 1–3 days after Carnival.
Final Edited Images
Delivered within 3–7 days after image selection.
Usage Rights
CGWT retains ownership and marketing rights to all photos and videos captured during sessions.
We are committed to using all content respectfully and professionally.
🌎 Force Majeure
CGWT is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Flight cancellations
Lost baggage
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Civil unrest
Safety concerns
Venue closures
When applicable, clients will receive a transferable service credit valid for 2 years.
📧 Communication Policy
Clients are responsible for checking their email, including spam and junk folders, for important booking information and payment reminders.
CGWT is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect contact information provided by the client.
All booking modifications, transfers, cancellations, and special requests must be submitted in writing via email.

By making a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Carnival Glam World Tour Booking Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
